Is support dead for Goose?

MiraCheck used to have amazing support. Since it transitioned to Goose and Aersosys, my support experience has degenerated to zero.

I don’t expect overnight fixes especially given the Apple app realease process, but I do expect acknowledgement of issues in a reasonable time.

I’ve tried contacting the company, direct messages to Mirko who seems to be the head honcho, but radio silence.

Hey Aersosys, you sell an app aimed at aviation safety, you need to be responsive to customer feedback. Unless of course your company is in a graveyard spiral?

Anybody on frequency or has Aerosys gone down?

Maybe ForeFlight will buy them like they did with CloudAhoy. I have been suggesting a “Goose-Like” feature in FF for several years.

Mirko hasn’t posted since October 29th, several weeks ago, but he’s read the forum just a few minutes ago. I hope everything is OK with him and that he can provide an update soon. Goose is a product that I really want to work well, but I haven’t gotten there yet.
