MiraCheck Cloud, Sync Errors

Do you know what this error is about? Cannot seem to find any option that helps me correct this.

Under the menu Preferences there is a menu option Store Cloud History that would need toggled on. This is for Pro Plan customers only and saves a history log of each checklist session in the cloud.
