Miracheck Copilot opens with a blank white screen - Help

I just downloaded Miracheck Copilot to my iPhone 8plus / IOS 12.1.1 and to my IPAD Pro 9.7 / IOS 12.1.1.

In both cases, when I open the APP, all that appears is a white screen.

Please advise.
